Our first Advanced Sportboat Clinic!

Inspire Sailing hosted its first Advanced Sportboat Clinic on October 8! The goal of this course is to take your boat-handling skills to another level, completely under sail. It takes a closer look at effectively driving the boat, trimming the sails, and using all the tools at your disposal to control the boat in tight situations. Students get lots of practice docking and undocking under sail and even learn to sail with their eyes closed!

This course's participants got hands-on experience trimming the sails for optimum performance and all successfully completed the US Sailing test, becoming Inspire's first BC Performance graduates! Congratulations!
