Rain or Shine - The Party is ON!
The forecast for this Saturday is rain, which is great for California but not great for our Member Appreciation Day & Open House.
We’re going ahead anyway - the party is ON!
We’re sailors after all. We know what wet is!
Covid is still here, so we are not going to move the party indoors. Please dress in layers, don your foul weather gear, bring an umbrella or your sou’wester, and get ready to socialize in the sprinkles! We’re excited to welcome you to the club!
We’ll have a simple grab-and-eat style menu, with sausages and rolls, individual bags of chips/pretzels, and beverages.
A few other details:
Date/Time - Saturday October 23, 3:00pm to 6:00pm,
Parking - Your best bet will be parking along Spinnaker Way.
Restrooms - The restrooms in the Clubroom and Classroom will be available.
Indoors - The Office, Clubroom, and Classroom will be open but we will limit the number of people inside at any given time.
Masks - Please bring your mask and wear it inside at all times, and outside as well at your discretion.
Music - Garratt Wilkin of The Parrotheads will be performing. He’ll be entertaining us with an acoustic performance of our favorite Jimmy Buffett music!
